I realized I’m afraid of just about everything. Water splashing up at me from the garbage dispenser, window blinds, sliding glass door to the patio, fireplaces, mirrors, the shower, my kitchen, staircases, long hallways, basements, alleyways, barred store fronts, elevators, parking lots. I am just so convinced that something terrifying is going to pop out and kill me one day.

Whenever I’m working in lab, I’m always tempted to taste the salt that comes in the labeled NaCl containers but there’s something about that chemical formula and all those numbers on it that make me scared to. But it’s like, I wonder if it straight up tastes like regular table salt…
